Ben Waters t/a Jermination Media is offering to sell you the customer the non exclusive right to use music / audio written and recorded by him. This right will come into effect once you have purchased it from him. The exclusive rights of all musical works remain with the composer. You may use the piece of music / audio for the following: (as often as you wish without further payment)
- in a film that you have created.
- in a television or radio advertisement.
- on a web site that you have developed for your clients.
- in your restaurant, hotel, office, shopping mall, bank or whichever public place you choose.
- in an audio-visual display, marketing or business presentation.
- on On-Hold playback devices.
However, you may not do the following:
- Trade in the audio itself.
- Sell, lend or hire or GIVE the audio to anyone.
- Sell, lend or hire the audio as part of your own library of music to your customers
- Edit the audio, except to lengthen, shorten or extract sections.
